You bet! Monica and our team have been working on a lot of brand new recipes, as well as compiling time-tested tips and tricks to share in this book. We hope these recipes will be ones you come back to time and time again in your kitchen.

What makes Eat Wild different from other seafood cookbooks?

One really important thing is that our recipes are driven by our reverence for wild-caught seafood specifically. We've found that a lot of trial and error in the kitchen comes from using recipes that weren’t designed with the lean texture and robust flavor of wild-caught fish in mind. It’s also infused with personal stories from the Kallenbergs and Monica’s unique perspective as a dedicated home cook marrying into an Alaskan fishing family.
